2012-2013 Application Form

For sons and daughters of members of Teamsters Union Local 407

The 2012-2013 Teamsters Truck Drivers Union Local 407 C. Sam Theodus Memorial Scholarship has been established to provide scholarships for Dependents of Members of Teamsters Union Local 407 who are graduating high school seniors.

Applicants should be planning to attend a Pell-eligible four-year college or university or a two-year community college while being enrolled full-time. See inside for details.
